In this workshop you will discover the various body energetics (doshas) and how this ancient Ayurvedic wisdom unlocks the key to maintaining balance and health. You will learn how plant Aromatics have the power to influence physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and get to know the key essential oils that you could use during this time of the year to boost your immune system and help you get through the cold Winter months. You will find out how each aroma has its own signature healing properties that can affect the doshas within the body and benefits in promoting balance and restore wellbeing.
At the end of the session, you will have a 1:1 time with Angela to formulate your very own Ayurvedic Aromatherapy blend based on your specific need along with healing rituals that you can incorporate in your everyday life.
